Microblading & Microshading Training

Our microblading/microshading program is a 4-day workshop that includes a live model day and an apprentice day. You will complete 100 hours of Permanent Makeup Eyebrow Fundamentals with hands-on, on-on-one Microblading and Microshading training as well as homework to keep up your muscle memory for microblading and microshading procedures.  Microshading is included in the microblading class because not all clients are good candidates for microblading and we want to make sure you are covered! We are the only training program that includes optional follow-up apprentice days for additional guided hands-on practice.

This class offers the very best instruction to get you started as a permanent makeup artist and includes insights into current beauty makeup trends, permanent makeup trends and secrets to understanding and communicating with clients for successful outcomes.  We perform daily Microblading and Microshading demonstrations to provide students with up-close and personal training experience. Students will assist during procedures before working on their own models to help further retain knowledge, order of procedures and steps to successful microblading.

Unfortunately, most classes offer one hands-on training day, with one live model and one instructor guiding up to 12 needy students as they work on their models. Eyebrowbaby’s live model day is one-on-one with your instructor. We will literally hold your hand through your first microblading procedure. Plus, you’ll apprentice for a day after the workshop is over to make sure you’re getting all the support and training you need. You will also be able to book additional one-on-one trainings to build your confidence and get you ready to take clients on your own. This is where visiting out-of-town training programs fail their students.

Eyebrowbaby/Microblading NW is all about follow through and consistent, solid support. Your success is our success. Students will also be invited to a private Facebook training page community where we share information, answer questions and upload helpful documents.

All students MUST take a Blood Borne Pathogens class online and obtain a WA state Permanent Makeup Artist License with the Dept. of Licensing in order to work on live models during the workshop and apprentice. This is the same license is required to become a working professional permanent makeup artist in WA state.  Please note that the laws and requirements for Permanent Makeup in WA state may change due to new legislation that may make it more difficult and expensive to obtain a Permanent Makeup License. It’s best to get licensed and educated now!
